The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble for them. If they don't have something in stock they will take the time to track the item you require and even deliver it to you within 24 hrs. Shopping at bookers for me is always a pleasure. Excellent customer service is given from every member of staff from reception, floor staff to checkout. Well done to a great team.
