  This is the nearest Kia dealer to my Bridport home and we visited in December 2017 with the intention of buying a new Rio 2. We had made prior arrangements to have a test drive. We found the salesman, Nigel Hayter, to be friendly, relaxed, informative, knowledgable about our model and not pushy at all. We had a long test drive on a mixed town/country route suggested by Nigel and the car went very well. We ordered a new Rio 2 upon our return. It's not a huge dealership but had a good selection of models on display. The car was ready when agreed, kitted out with the extras we had ordered. We were introduced to the service personnel as we required the 5 year servicing package. They were also friendly and helpful. We drove away with our new Rio very happy. We had been treated with respect in a very friendly way and highly recommend this dealer. By the way, we got a really good deal!!!!

  Terrible service and incompetent. Brought my car in due to oil levels being over full. Was told that there was no problem on two occasions. Brought the car into Marsh Kia Exeter shortly afterwards, who confirmed that there was an issue and that they and Kia UK would need to consider the problem more fully. Spoke with service manager who provided no good explanation and no apology. Avoid.
