  Had flowers delivered 23/2/12, were dying and dead by 2/3/12. Complained and told my wife to bring them in. I phoned them back and said we didn't go to Yeovil often so they said they would pick them up. - Still waiting! This was a bouquet that had been ordered for our wedding anniversary by a friend in West Sussex. The flowers were poor quality and the service even less so. I have left it this long to give the Flower Shop time to address the complaint. I am attaching photos taken 10 days after receiving the flowers.

  Used this florist for my wedding. When we went in to get a quote the lady working there looked at me and told me I didn't look old enough to get married!! Then on the wedding day, flowers kept falling out of my bouquet (to the point where the vicar had to pause to help me put them back in). Would never use this florist again.
