  Though this shop offers an amazing variety of animals, I am often saddened and disappointed whenever I visit, and after reading these reviews I realize I am not alone. The fish are kept in atrocious, depressing conditions, most seem half-dead and uncared for - drifting around their poorly lit, poorly cleaned and - quite frankly - dismal tanks. Though no expert on fish, I know neglect and disregard when I see it. Most of the birds are kept behind a glass wall (the few that are housed within the main store act incredibly wary and paranoid around customers) crammed in tiny boxes with NO form of entertainment - be it social interaction, room to fly or toys - in mass numbers. This neglect is disgusting and grieving to behold, and I sadden to think of the life these birds will lead - both by staying in the shop and being brought and having to adjust. I do not wish to get started on the rodents and rabbits. To conclude, the staff are incredibly casual and passionless about the animals. Even when purchasing items the cashiers are closed and silent, quite occupied with resuming their previous conversations with the other staff members. I pray for the health of these animals, the goodness of strangers to speak out about this neglect, and that the shop might fall into better management soon.
