  It was once such a great shop. Today I left feeling a tad depressed. As you walk in the they had some stunning tanks set up. Today only 2 had there lights on and both were dirty. The shop is well stocked and the holding tanks are clean but offer no "entertainment " for the live stock. In the marine area they did not even have a rock to hide behind. They have a huge puffer in with the plants and she look terribly sad. This is the theme regarding the all the fish both marine and fresh warm and cold. The reptiles, birds and rabbits all looked fine though. When I asked a question about a fish I was interested in homing I got a very short rude reply from the staff member and he was the not a nice gent at all. I would like to point out that at no point during my visit did I make.my thoughts known. Out side was un kept and the koi in the big pound were almost lost in the dirty water. All in all my experience of watermark was very poor and left without a purchase. Very sad indeed

  Staff is not very interested in clients always have something better to do...the fish are not very good condition most of them died after fiev days...i would not recommend this place...
