  I have never before written a review but feel inclined to do so in this case. I took the car in to get a wheel wobble fixed and the back windscreen wiper, asking for wheels to be balanced, tracking done plus a service. I picked the car up, paying £750 for extra work they found. Unfortunately the wheel wobble was still there, and the steering was now also off plus they had not fixed the windscreen wiper. I rang a couple of weeks later to be told they had no record of doing the tracking so would I bring it back in to look at. Just before taking it in, a recurrent problem they had" fixed" the previous year reoccurred so I towed it in. They had the car for well over a month and could not diagnose a problem so suggested sending off the engine ECU. I was recommended another garage who have BMW diagnostic kit and are more used to dealing with these cars so I rang and politely asked if they would mind me taking it there. No problem they said, and I said I would take it back to get the steering looked at as was their follow up. However, on picking up the car, they treated me and my father so rudely and the owner just barked that "how can we expect them to help turn my car around", no "hello or apology for having the car for so long. (It was parked up against another car and we needed a hand to push back. I am heavily pregnant and my dad is old but he went into the garage and ignored us ). At this point, i decided to write this review as until then, they had been polite. Understandably they were annoyed to spend time on the car and not be able to work out the problem or get paid for fixing it but the way they dealt with it was outrageous, especially considering the car has always come back from them with more problems than it went in. I would therefore not recommend them as my experience was terrible. They also rarely answer the phones and sometimes it was days before I could get hold of them. The first thing the next garage asked was if they had checked the key worked as this could be the problem all along. Of course, the answer to this is no. Not recommended if you want a polite, quick, reliable garage. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt but as they were so rude, I feel inclined to write this as no customer should be treated this way, no mater how frustrating the job/car is.

  after having some repairs done my car came back with damage to a completely different part near to what they worked on, they're fixing what they've broken but no courtesy car provided so I'm now stuck without a car for atleast 3 days thanks to their carelessness, very inconvenient
