  After 20 years of owning VW Golfs we decided to have a look at Yeovil Audi when looking for a new car for my wife. The experience was like getting a free upgrade to First Class! The salesperson was extremely courteous and listened attentively to our requirements and instead of pressuring us or going for the hard sell he gave us good solid advice. The Financial Manager again extremely courteous also listened carefully and came up with an incredible warranty option. (He also looked like Sid the sloth from The film "Ice Age" which will make your kids laugh, but that's another story!) The end result was that we ended up buying a better car and cheaper than if we had gone to VW. The overall experience was exceptional from the reception team to the day we drove out of the handover bay. I will definitely be visiting again when I need to upgrade my car.

  Car booked in for 9.00 to be looked at first thing only to be told on arrival this wouldn't happen. As helpful as a chocolate fire guard. Not to be relied upon
